It's not a question of brand but a question of fit. Get a GOOD boot fitter to fit you out. Everyone's feet are different - some have narrow feet, some (like me) wide feet, etc. You've got to try them. If your feet are wide, Tecnica Ventos or Nordica are good options. Most importantly, whoever you buy them from must have a policy of adjusting them for free until they are right. Mine needed adjustment.
Which are the best skiing boots for an intermediate skier, brand and type?
It really depends on personal preference. I ski in tecnica's and i have my whole life just ecause thats what ive grown up skiing in. The best brands and most common and langes, tecnicas, and nordicas. But make sure you dont get a race boot because they are VERY uncomnfortable!
Reply:May I recommend that you seek out your local ski shop to ask this one. Also, you could ask the ski resort repair shop or ski tuning shop for their input. They see more boots and gear than anyone else, and if they aren't directly benefiting from a commission for selling a particular brand, you might get some very practical advice.
Reply:go see a professional. the wrong boot will screw up your whole experience
develop skin cancer
